Thank you Corinne! I believe is one of those practices that gets easier and more consistent over time before it becomes a way of life. I confess I am still learning along the way!

Oh Fern, this is such a rich feast. I'm finding curiosity to be a more frequent companion in this season and I've grown to enjoy her company while stillness and silence have long been a true delight and comfort. Thank you for going deep into practices that enrich our lives.

Thanks Linda. I so love how you personify curiosity - and as a she no less! It may make it easier to invite in when we see curiosity as a good friend who is coming alongside bringing wisdom, hope, and discernment!

I learnt that there is time for everything and all our feelings matter. Learning to be kind and compassionate towards myself has helped me to go through the difficult times and see life as it is with everything what it brings. It isn't easy, but it's a journey... Thanks for sharing!
